Important Notice

Any violation of our Fraud & Misuse Policy may result in account suspension, permanent ban, or withholding of payouts. Please read and understand these guidelines carefully.

No Self-Scans or Fake Installs

Scanning your own QR codes or creating fake installs through bots, emulators, or any artificial means is strictly prohibited.

No Incentivized Scanning

Offering incentives, payments, or rewards to others for scanning your QR code to generate revenue is not allowed.

Single Account Policy

Creating and using multiple accounts by the same user to bypass limits or gain unfair advantage is prohibited.

No Traffic Manipulation

Any attempt to artificially manipulate traffic, clicks, or earnings through automated or deceptive means is considered fraud.

Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in account suspension, permanent ban, or withholding of payouts at Flexbro's discretion.

Immediate Actions
  • Immediate suspension of account access
  • Withholding of all pending and future payouts
  • Permanent ban from the Flexbro Partner Program
  • Legal action in cases of severe fraud

Right to Investigate

Flexbro reserves the right to investigate and withhold payouts if fraudulent activity is suspected to protect our ecosystem.

Our Investigation Process
  • Automated monitoring of scanning patterns and behaviors
  • Manual review of suspicious account activities
  • Analysis of traffic sources and engagement metrics
  • Cross-referencing with known fraud patterns

Appeal Process

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting our support team with detailed information about your case.

Appeal Requirements
  • Clear explanation of your scanning and promotion methods
  • Evidence of legitimate traffic sources
  • Detailed account of your partner activities
  • Any additional information that supports your case

Appeals will be reviewed within 7-10 business days. Decisions made by our fraud review team are final.
