Welcome to the Flexbro Partner Program. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using the Flexbro Partner Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flexbro regarding your use of the Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Flexbro Partner Program, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits
• Provide accurate and updated registration information

4. Content Guidelines

As a Partner, you agree that all content you submit to the Flexbro platform:

• Is original and you have the necessary rights to use it
• Does not infringe on any third-party rights including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
• Is not illegal, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate
• Complies with our content policy and community guidelines
• Does not contain malicious code or viruses

5. Revenue and Payouts

Our revenue sharing model is designed to be fair and transparent. Key terms include:

• Earnings are calculated based on legitimate ad revenue and referral bonuses
• Payouts require a minimum balance of ₹100
• Payments are processed within 30 days (Net 30) after request
• We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected
• Tax responsibilities related to your earnings are solely your obligation

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Self-scanning QR codes or creating fake installs
• Using bots, emulators, or automated systems to generate traffic
• Incentivizing others to scan your QR codes for revenue
• Creating multiple accounts for the same user
• Any attempt to manipulate traffic or earnings
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service

7. Intellectual Property

Flexbro respects intellectual property rights. Our policy includes:

• You retain ownership of the original content you create
• By submitting content, you grant Flexbro a license to display and distribute it
• Flexbro's platform, branding, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not use Flexbro's trademarks without prior written permission

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services under the following circumstances:

• If you breach these Terms of Service
• For fraudulent or suspicious activity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flexbro shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on our platform
• Sending an email notification to the address associated with your account
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
